This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the SEOFetcher online service and how we protect it. The Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 on Personal Data (Russian Federation).

By using the Service you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to data processing as described herein.

Data we may process

We may process the following categories of data: — Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, OS, request timestamp; — Form input: website URL for analysis, project description for SEO tag generation; — Cookies and similar technologies — according to your cookie banner choices; — Email correspondence data (if you contact us). Legal basis, retention and data localisation

Data localisation: In accordance with Art. 18.1 of FZ-152 and Federal Law No. 242-FZ, the primary recording of personal data of Russian citizens is performed in databases located in the Russian Federation. Third-party sharing and cross-border transfers

Data may be shared with: — Hosting providers and cloud infrastructure — to operate the Service; — OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) — when you use AI features (SEO tag generation, recommendations), limited to your input text. Cross-border transfer (Art. 12 of FZ-152): transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the data subject's consent given by using the relevant feature. You may decline AI features to avoid such transfer. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Art. 14-17 of FZ-152 you have the right to: — Confirm whether your data is being processed and access it; — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; — Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; — Request cessation and/or deletion of unlawfully processed data; — Lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru); — Receive a copy of your data as provided by law. Roskomnadzor notification and Policy updates

Personal data processing is carried out in compliance with FZ-152. Where required under Art. 22 of FZ-152, the operator submits a notification to Roskomnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media). The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at https://seofetcher.com/privacy. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
